SERVICE FEE
In-House Consultancy for EU-Funded Projects:
The fees would be agreed upon according to the required task(s), each project's complexity, and funding limits.
Legal Expert Liaison & In-House Consultancy for other legal needs:
The fees would be determined on a combined rate basis (Per documents/task and/or hours).
* Retainer Fee: For any of the services mentioned above packages, a Retainer Fee could be agreed upon and both parties would determine its conditions..
*The fees and consulting conditions would be legally written and agreed upon on a Service Contract, and the currency would be in Euros (€), US dollars ($), or Colombian Pesos (COP), depending on the agreed conditions.
